Cloud Systems Administrator Azure, Office 365, and ServiceNowOffice 365 Administrationlocation: Louisville, KY, onsite Locals Administer Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and group policies via Azure Active Directory. Support collaboration and productivity tools across multiple departments. Ensure smooth integration between Microsoft 365 services and other business applications.ServiceNow ITSM Operations Utilize ServiceNow to manage and resolve IT service tickets, incidents, problems, and change requests.Knowledge Management Maintain and contribute to a centralized IT Knowledge Base to support efficient troubleshooting and onboarding. Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.Security & Compliance Implement security best practices across Azure and Office 365. Monitor identity and access via Azure AD and MFA. Ensure systems meet compliance requirements (e.g.data protection, privacy policies). Maintain and improve ITSM workflows for efficient IT operations. Generate and analyze reports to ensure SLA compliance and operational performance. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
