As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach your team members, ensuring the delivery of top-quality results while managing client service accounts and engagement workstreams. Your key responsibilities will include: • Facilitating the implementation and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules. • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and personal development. • Independently analyzing and solving complex technical problems to ensure effective project execution. • Configuring and setting up D365 F&O in alignment with business requirements. • Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. What you need to apply: • A Bachelor's Degree. • 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O. • Experience in conducting business analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping workshops. • Proficiency in producing essential documentation such as Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirement Documents. • Ability to perform Gap-fit analysis and create Functional Design Documents.
