Job#: 2080022 Job Description: Job Title: VOC Systems Administrator Hours/Shift: 9-5 (40hrs/wk) Clearance requirement: USC - able to obtain a Public Trust • AT&T will handle TS process • Fingerprints required (can be done on site) LCAT: VOC Systems Admin Location: Fully on-site Mount Weather, VA 20135 Transportation (metro/parking): Parking on site Salary: $70k-85k Travel Requirements?? • 24x7 Support Position - Overtime required occasionally when needed for emergencies • Local travel when necessary - day trips or weekend trips may be required • All within VA • Must be ok with team reaching out to their cellphone at night (24/7 hr support) Team: • Work alongside a team of customer engineers and telecom specialists • Solo in terms of their duties but will constantly be in a client facing role and working with other team members within the AT&T team Requirements: • Provide system planning and design • Integration of Web applications with video equipment • Data storage and asset management • Support of Video Operation Center (VOC) systems • Continuing development • Web applications – Python • Remedy interface integration • VOC client integration • WebVOC • VOCPortal • Video Teleconferencing (VTC) request system • Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration • Backups and restorals • Adhoc reporting • New development • Upgrades • Harman Media Suite support • Configuration • Trouble shooting • Recording access management • Laptop and software support • Software install and configuration support • Admin access • Application issue resolution • Windows Server administration • Troubleshooting • Software upgrades • Vulnerability mitigation • Configure system access for new employees • Backup and restoration manager • VOC files • Developed software • SQL databases Additional Requirements for the other piece of the role: • Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance.
