This position is contingent upon award. Solves IT problems at both the hands on and policy level. Interfaces with customer and all levels of management on technical issues. Assists in the research and analysis of emerging IT and communication technologies and their impact on existing government policies and procedures. Assists our customer in developing best practices. Performs the role of a MS SharePoint development support and system administrator to the customer. This will be a hands-on system administrator position helping users at their desk, managing virtual servers in an AWS environment.
