Position: AI / ML Developer (Lead) Overview • Lead development and deployment: Design, code, and deploy AI agents and features, often integrating with platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise applications. • Technical leadership: Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and establish best practices for AI development. • AI-powered feature development: Develop and maintain AI-powered features and integrations using tools like Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI services. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, managers, and other engineers. • Problem-solving: Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and scalability of AI solutions. Key skills and qualifications • Overall Experience: 10-12 Years • Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python), experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio), and familiarity with development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot). Experience with enterprise data connectivity, including Microsoft Graph connectors. Should possess strong understanding of cloud design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and responsible engineering practices • AI expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel. Should have proven ability to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions. Solid grasp of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design • AI Solutioning: Demonstrated leadership in designing generative AI solutions, including effort estimation, pricing, and client-facing business case development • Development best practices: Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and a focus on code quality and documentation. • Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor less experienced engineers. • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to investigate and debug complex performance issues and provide technical support. • Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
