The system admin team is responsible for the IT server and computer system infrastructure across the enterprise including: Hy-Vee’s retail, corporate, subsidiary, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. Core Competencies • Partnerships • Growth mindset • Results oriented • Customer focused • Professionalism Reporting Relations Accountable and Reports to: Senior IT Manager Direct Reports: None Primary Duties And Responsibilities • Experience administering Microsoft technologies. • Experience administering Entra ID and the Microsoft O365/Azure Stack. • Experience administering Exchange online. • Experience administering Windows operating systems. • Experience troubleshooting issues in a complex environment. • Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, and third-party applications. • Experience using automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages. • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. • Facilitates integration between Hy-Vee and Subsidiaries. • Works with the IAM team in configuring and documenting EntraID. • Encourages automation by leveraging PowerShell and or other scripting languages. • Administers and maintains the compan’s EntraID, O365, and Azure resources. • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to the Hy-Vee IT help desk. • Creates and maintains technical documentation stored within the teams knowledge base. • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. • Participates in an on-call rotation Physical Requirements • Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. • Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking. • Must be able to perform the following physical activities: meeting with customers, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
