Support senior analysts in developing and implementing data models and analytical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist in the maintenance and documentation of databases and data dictionaries. Learn and apply new analytical techniques and tools as required. Contribute to data quality initiatives and process improvements. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various departments. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data-related projects. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed. Help in the preparation of presentations summarizing data findings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Foundational understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies. Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with SQL for database querying. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proactive learner with a strong desire to develop skills in data science and analytics. Comfortable using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
