Job Overview: As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to streamline our business processes and drive efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications that enhance our operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements for Dynamics applications. Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business needs. Implement and configure Dynamics 365 and other related Microsoft technologies. Lead and mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, code, and deployment guides. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Dynamics applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Dynamics Developer, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development. Strong proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO). Proficiency in programming languages, including C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with integration technologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions. Knowledge of Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power BI. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
