Position Summary The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making within Tech61 and its client environments. This role designs and maintains Power BI dashboards, creates and documents data models, and leverages analytics—including artificial intelligence tools—to deliver actionable insights that align with operational, financial, and technical goals. Key Responsibilities · • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations. · • Develop calculated columns, KPIs, and measures using DAX · • Collect, clean, and centralize datasets from disparate systems and applications · • Build and document reusable data models and reporting templates · • Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to assist clients and internal stakeholders · • Provide ad hoc analysis, performance metrics, and KPI tracking upon request · • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support project outcomes · • Integrate AI tools and automation to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency · • Maintain system documentation and contribute to SOP development Required Qualifications · • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a BI, data analyst, or similar technical role · • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, DAX, and Power Query · • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database structures · • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · • Excellent communication and presentation abilities · • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications · • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) · • Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure · • Exposure to programming/scripting languages (Python, R, C#) · • Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress) · • Prior work with MSPs or client-facing technical environments · • Experience creating technical documentation, reports, and SOPs Physical Requirements & Work Conditions • Primarily office-based with occasional on-site client visits as required • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer • Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs • Flexible schedule availability for urgent data/reporting needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Family leave • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid holidays • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
