Description Position: VOIP TELECOM NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Des Moines, Iowa Type: Immediate hire, full-time, salary up to $100K, benefits included About the Role: Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team with minimal on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Work on a team to support and manage VOIP and telecom systems • Support modern cloud-based telecom solutions (MS Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, Cisco Unity) • Maintain legacy telecom systems (Shore Tel, PBX) • Configure, install, troubleshoot network and telecom devices • Support endpoints and general network infrastructure • Work with third-party telephony vendors and Teams Voice solutions Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or related field • Experience with cloud-based telecom platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, Cisco Unity) • Familiarity with legacy systems such as Shore Tel and PBX • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) • Knowledge of telecomm devices and endpoints • Certifications are preferred but not required Application Process: For immediate consideration, contact Carrie Danger, SVP of Technology at Iowa, via phone or email.
