Description We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Systems Engineer to support and enhance our on-premise infrastructure in the context of a recent merger. This role is based onsite in Las Vegas, NV, and focuses heavily on Active Directory, Windows Server (2008–2022), and VMware environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with domain migrations, patching, and automation using PowerShell or Python, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Intune, and Ivanti. Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions, networking (VLANs, subnets), and cloud platforms like AWS is also highly valued. In addition to technical expertise, strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills are essential. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to system architecture documentation, and help standardize and automate IT operations. Experience in M&A environments, PCI compliance, and ITIL-based processes is a plus. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of supporting mission-critical systems in a dynamic, production-focused environment.
