The M365 Administrator supports the implementation and operation of Microsoft 365 by understanding and documenting requirements, designing systems, testing functionality, troubleshooting issues, and preparing documentation and training materials. This position is ideally based in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs. • Lead deployment planning for Microsoft cloud and hybrid technologies, including Exchange and Intune MDM. • Automate user onboarding and device provisioning. • Build and deliver cloud and hybrid solutions using Microsoft tools from the M365 stack. • Develop Power Shell scripts for automation. • Create application packages for deployment. • Provide support and guidance on M365 solutions and best practices. • Document implementation guides, knowledge bases, and SOPs. • Develop solutions that are easy to implement and support, adhering to change management standards. • Implement quality controls and testing regimes. • Align solutions with the firm's strategic and operational goals. Qualifications and skills: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5-8 years IT experience, with 2-3 years as a Microsoft solutions specialist preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint Online. • Proficient in Power Shell for managing M365. • Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, Conditional Access. • Experience with cloud strategies using IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages. • Understanding of cloud security controls. • Experience with data center modernization. • Familiarity with industry standards and development methodologies.
