Bloomington - Minnesota - United States of America, Boston - Massachusetts - United States of America About The Role As a CBRE Sr Yardi Application Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining complex system scopes and objectives. This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems. What You’ll Do • Act as a subject matter expert of the Yardi Voyager Core, International, Investment Management, and Commercial modules. • Work together with Clients, the Business, and DBO Colleagues to ensure successful onboarding of Clients. • Deliver 2nd line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms using the in-house ticketing system. • Prioritize, and analyze, and resolve complex user tickets. • Participate in the change process by being a Change Manager. • Take part in the business process to identify and implement technical solutions. • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities. • Research and support advanced end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines. • Review information on areas of improvement and implement changes to increase user satisfaction. • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. What You’ll Need • Bachelor's Degree required with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • 5+ years of experience working with Yardi Voyager 7s is required. • Knowledge of SQL and experience with the Yardi Voyager Investment Management (Accounting) module and Elevate products is strongly preferred. • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
