Job Title: Software Asset Management Functional Consultant Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Duration/Term: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, SNOW Software, and other asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in licensing models, SaaS application integrations, and ITSM workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro Module, ensuring data integrity and workflow optimization. • Integrate SaaS applications and SSO solutions with asset management platforms. • Maintain Discovery and CMDB for software asset tracking and compliance. • Automate processes using Flow Designer, workflows, SLAs, and notifications. • Implement UI policies, data policies, business rules, and client scripts in ServiceNow. • Develop and manage inventory and discovery solutions such as ADDM, BigFix, SCCM, and ServiceNow. • Ensure compliance with publisher licensing models from Microsoft, Oracle, and others. • Utilize ServiceNow Integration Hub for seamless system interoperability. • Create and present technical reports, dashboards, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: • CIS Certification in SAM Pro & ITSM. • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro Module, workflows, and data models. • Experience with SaaS application integration and SSO. • Proficiency in scripting and ServiceNow architecture across multiple applications. • Expertise in software inventory, discovery, and asset management tools. • Strong understanding of publisher licensing models. • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
