We are seeking a Senior Mobile Application Developer with more than six years of experience building and maintaining applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in Xamarin and mobile crash testing tools, with a proven ability to architect, scale, and optimize enterprise-grade mobile solutions. This role also involves mentoring junior developers, setting coding standards, and contributing to mobile strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for Android and iOS. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Xamarin. Establish and enforce coding best practices, performing regular code reviews. Drive mobile crash testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across mobile initiatives. Ensure mobile applications meet security, compliance, and data protection standards. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for mobile app deployment. Stay ahead of emerging trends in mobile development and recommend adoption where appropriate. Mandatory Skills Advanced expertise in Android and iOS application development. Strong hands-on experience with Xamarin for cross-platform development. Proficiency with mobile crash testing tools and performance monitoring. Deep knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, app store deployment, and distribution. Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize enterprise-scale mobile applications. Desirable Skills Experience in mobile architecture and solution design. Knowledge of mobile security standards, encryption, and compliance. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps tools. Experience with cloud-integrated mobile services (Firebase, AWS Mobile, Azure Mobile Apps). Strong leadership experience mentoring or managing development teams. Ability to engage with stakeholders to shape mobile strategy and roadmaps.
