Our Dallas-based client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer or Systems Administrator Consultant to provide critical support to both projects and production environments, focusing on the administration, management, configuration, documentation, and end-user support of various Microsoft products and technologies. This is a 1-year contract opportunity requiring at least 3 days per week on-site at Dallas TX office. SALARY COMP: Up to $80/HR depending on the candidate’s experience, etc. WORK SCHEDULE: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote each week WHAT CAN BCT OFFER YOU? • BCT pays up to 60% of medical insurance for employees • $50k paid life insurance policy • Home, Auto & Pet Insurance along with Legal & Identity Theft • Dental & Vision, 401K match, and short & long-term disability insurance • Flexible Spending Account • Exceptional company values and culture with annual Anniversary Bonuses RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administer and manage Microsoft Purview, ensuring adherence to data governance principles and effective metadata management. • Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and audit policies. • Manage Microsoft Entra ID for role-based access control, including role assignment and lifecycle management. • Support Entra Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions utilizing SAML and OIDC protocols. • Oversee Microsoft 365 environments and integrations with Entra ID. • Utilize Copilot Studio to build custom copilots and apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to enhance AI-driven solutions. • Manage Microsoft Graph API and data connectors to enforce data security and compliance in AI implementations. • Provide scripting support using JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python to automate processes and improve system functionality. QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience with Microsoft Purview Administration, including data governance and metadata management. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration, role-based access control, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and lifecycle management. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments and integrations with Entra ID. • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. • Understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Graph API and data connectors for securing AI solutions. • Scripting proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, PowerShell, Python. • Experience administering Power Platform environments preferred. • Knowledge of job scheduling tools, automation, and middleware technologies such as IBM App Connect and MQ Preferred. • Familiarity with GitHub administration and repository management is preferred.
