Systems Administrator role at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies Systems Administrator to support the Geographic Service Providers (GSP) Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) IT Support Services located in San Antonio, TX. The role involves managing DHA systems, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and telecommunications, ensuring consistent support to end users without disrupting local and DHA operations. Utilize ITIL v4 framework to provide reliable IT services to end users. Design and deploy enterprise-level technologies such as Windows Server, SAN, VMware vSphere, Citrix, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Azure. Implement security solutions in a DOD environment, including STIGs, GPO, ACAS, RMF, Splunk, and Trellix Endpoint Security. Act as on-site lead for contractors regarding these functions. BA/BS in IT or relevant field. 10 years of relevant IT experience, particularly with military communication systems. 5 years supporting a hospital environment with 100+ beds and military networks. Certifications: Security+, ACAS, Windows Server 2022. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
