Overview An international IT Services & Solutions provider is seeking a skilled Power Platform Business Analyst / Developer to design, build, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders—conducting requirement sessions, documenting needs, and translating them into clear specifications. The ideal candidate will combine development proficiency with business analysis skills to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Please Note this is a W2 contract position. Local candidates are preferred Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Lead requirement sessions, workshops, and interviews to understand processes and objectives. • Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Develop and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Prepare and maintain requirement documents, specifications, and user guides. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Apps solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. • Perform other project-related duties as assigned. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift 10–25 pounds; may require use of close and distance vision, color and depth perception, peripheral vision, and hearing. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience developing with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Strong background in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and documentation. • Hands-on experience preparing requirement, functional, and technical specification documents. • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
