Automation/SharePoint Support Specialist Intern job at Johnson Controls. Wichita, KS. Job Description What you will do As Automation/SharePoint Intern you will be supporting the Residential Ducted Wichita/Cienega2/Source1 Business with implementation of R454B compliant Products, NPI introductions, Product and Cost Improvements with improved automated data and work flow processes. How you will do it · Collaborate with functional teams to assist with configuring SharePoints for most efficient, user-friendly usage. · Integrate SharePoint Sites with other Microsoft products and SAP data. · Write and modify codes and build web applications and automated workflows. · Develop interesting and fun SharePoint landing sites to increase user traffic. · Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and implement solutions. · Perform SharePoint administration, including managing permissions. · Support and train end users. What we look for · Required Years of Experience (min): 1 year of SharePoint 2010/13/Office 365. · Desired Degree: Computer Science, Microsoft 365 Certifications, or equivalent experience. · Experience with setting up or updating SharePoints to incorporate user-friendly collaborative functions. such as documents, lists, web parts, workflows, incorporating data from other Microsoft products. · Experience collaborating with users and translating requirements. · Ability to make a SharePoint Site a fun experience. · Highly organized, pragmatic, and personable with a very clear and efficient communication style.
