Position: Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant Location: Washington DC (4 days onsite in a week) Summary Experienced technical lead to design and deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, drive integrations and data migrations, develop custom components, and provide hands-on technical leadership. Key responsibilities • Lead architecture, design and development for Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations • Plan and execute system integrations and data migration strategies • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, portals and web integrations • Build and maintain reports and ETL processes (SSRS, SSIS) and RESTful APIs • Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring for development teams • Support platform monitoring, tuning, security and compliance Required skills • 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and delivery • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder • Strong development skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core and Dynamics plugins • Experience with integrations, data migration techniques and REST APIs • Familiarity with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) • Knowledge of Power Platform security basics and platform optimization Nice-to-have • Experience with Dynamics Portals, Outlook integration and Power BI • Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Azure Equal Opportunities Employer: Hexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
