Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions. Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, etc.) and transform data using Power Query and DAX. Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Maintain and support existing BI solutions and troubleshoot issues as needed. Implement and manage Power BI service features including workspaces, datasets, and data refresh schedules. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Power BI development. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
