Build technical and analytical skills while contributing to IT projects that enhance data-driven decision-making. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Assist in gathering detailed data, analyzing and developing recommendations to deliver solutions to business opportunities • Work cross-functionally with other areas of the business, contributing to priority transformation initiatives • Create and manage operational reports that provide valuable insights to the stakeholders • Adapt to rapidly changing requirements and priorities • Perform data analysis and recommend opportunities for process improvement • Develop recommendations from analysis • Present recommendations to senior management About You The company is looking for: • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree as a Junior or Senior student on path for Data Analytics, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field • Previous retail experience preferred • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Excellent communication skills and able to succeed in a team environment • Demonstrated ability using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (charts, graphs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, statistical tools, etc.) • Detail oriented • Ability to work independently • Must have a few days of open availability and be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours Training & Development • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with corporate mentorship • Exposure to data analysis, data science, and IT fields This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job
