Position: System Administrator Operator with Security Clearance Overview: Creek Technology is seeking a skilled System Administrator/Operator to manage enterprise servers, Active Directory, and end-user devices, pending contract award. The System Administrator/Operator will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with security policies across print, file, Exchange, and O365 environments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain servers, including print, file, and Exchange systems. • Administer Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). • Provide email and O365 administration and support end-user devices locally. • Perform patching, preventive maintenance, and system updates. • Coordinate Authorization to Operate (ATO) and System Security Plan (SSP) activities with Defense Health Agency (DHA). • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, STIGs, and DoD directives. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide Tier 2/3 support as needed. • Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Systems Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT support. • Strong knowledge of server management, AD/GPO administration, O365/Exchange, and end-user support. • Experience maintaining compliance with DoD and enterprise IT security standards. Required Certifications: • DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+). Preferred Certifications: • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). • CompTIA Security+. Clearance: • Active Secret clearance required.
