Title: Mid/Senior Microsoft Cloud CRM Developer Location: Richmond, VA area (Hybrid) Salary Range: 80-120k based on skills and experience When: Immediately Employment Type: Full Time | Contract Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Cloud CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services primarily in support of our clients in a Virginia state agency. This role will support efforts to modernize services, enhance customer engagement, and streamline internal case and license management systems. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of government data, security, and compliance requirements. In-office work is required at least 3 days a week at the client's office in Richmond, VA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. We cannot offer employer visa sponsorship. Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline/experience • Expert knowledge developing with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Proficient in C# or another Object-Oriented Programming Language • Proficient in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript • Strong understanding of Dataverse: data storage and relationships with knowledge of security models. • The ability to conduct code reviews and technical design • Proficient in Agile/Scrum Software Development Lifecycle Desired Skills • Languages: T-SQL, Power FX, JSON, XML, Python, YAML and Liquid Templates (used in Power Pages. • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 which includes: plugin development using C#, customizing & configuring entities, forms, views, business rules and workflows. • Experienced in Power Platform apps • Highly proficient in Azure Cloud Services • Experienced with integrating with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Data Factory, and business intelligence like the Azure Fabric platform. • Proficient in Git, Azure DevOps, solutions management, CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, and automated testing and deployment practices. • Experience with multi-tenant and multi-environment architectures Desired Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Benefits • Phone Allowance • 401K – Begins at one year of full-time employment with a 3% company contribution.
