Work Options: Remote A Day in the Life The Microsoft Azure and Platform Team Lead at Eide Bailly is responsible for helping build a world-class Microsoft and digital transformation practice across our existing and future client base. This key role in the practice will have strong understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies in Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, M365, and D365 as well as the business acumen to incorporate Eide Bailly's strength in other technology capabilities and industry solutions to delight new and existing clients. This challenging role will be at the forefront of proposing and implementing solutions to create client business value and help create our clients' digital future. Duties include: • Consults with clients on their core business needs and can help translate those needs to technology capabilities which support their business. • Researches, understands, and communicates industry trends and where the market is going - allowing for adjustments as necessary. • Trains internal resources on industry trends, new features, and marketplace wins to help instruct business development, delivery, and support teams. • Provides knowledge and expertise in support of solution architecture, Microsoft licensing, and software capability assessments as part of business development activities. • Helps manage the day-to-day operations of the Microsoft Development team Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in technology, or commensurate experience • 7+ years working with stakeholders or clients in defining business needs and developing strategies to apply technology to support from discovery through deployment and support. • 5+ years deploying, administrating, and/or supporting Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, and M365 deployments at scale (100+ users) or commensurate experience in a similar cloud-based environment. • 5+ years managing stakeholder expectations and communicating broadly across the organization (up to and including C-Suite stakeholders). • 3+ years working in a team lead/management capacity • Experience in complex solution architecture and the ability to translate that complexity into actionable, value-added deliveries for clients. • Must possess strong intellectual and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead groups (clients, internal employees) through facilitated discovery processes. • Comfortable with uncertainty. Projects and assignments will change rapidly, so must be flexible enough to accommodate changing priorities and timelines. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, Dynamics, and M365, particularly core IaaS and PaaS services. • Broad knowledge of the Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, Dynamics, and M365 product offerings and willingness to maintain and train internally to Eide Bailly on upcoming capabilities and roadmaps • Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Fabric, and Copilot Studio) is required. • Knowledge of network architectures and the ability to develop and deploy solutions in a cloud-based or hybrid-cloud model. • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions. • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, partners, public and external agencies. Required Competencies • Current Microsoft Azure or other relevant Cloud certification(s), progress toward, or willingness to attain one or more Microsoft certifications in the first six months of employment. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
