Job Description: Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM & CPQ/Revenue Functional Consultant Job Type : W2/C2C Experience : 8 – 15 years Location : New York City, New York Responsibilities: • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations with exposure to CPQ/Revenue processes. • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, CPQ configuration, pricing, discounting, and approvals. • Experience in Revenue Management, subscription lifecycle, and billing integration. • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows. • Ability to work with Salesforce migration knowledge is a plus. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud certifications are a plus. • Act as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations. • Gather and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and system configurations. • Design Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Management processes. • Configure CPQ solutions for product catalog, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quotes. • Support Revenue Management processes, including subscription management, revenue recognition, and billing. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Dynamics CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems. • Develop functional documentation: process flows, solution design, and business requirement documents. • Conduct UAT, training, and provide support during deployment and post-go-live phases. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
