About the Role We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant / Microsoft Power BI Specialist with proven experience in implementing BI solutions. This professional will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic decision-making for our clients. Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Participate in business requirements analysis and stakeholder engagement Model data and build efficient, scalable BI solutions Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all deliverables Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver value to the client Technical Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI projects using Power BI Strong command of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL) Knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse) is a plus Microsoft certifications are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Microsoft Fabric) Valued Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation Proactive and able to work independently Adaptability to different contexts and client environments Team spirit and collaborative mindset Remote work arrangement available exclusively within Spain, contingent upon possession of a valid residence and work permit.
