Executive Partnership • Act as the key analytical and strategic partner to the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Services, delivering essential support to division presidents and global shared services. • Monitor, assess, and report progress against a comprehensive 5-year operational strategy, providing valuable insights to guide effective decision-making. Analytics Leadership • Direct the global Business Operations Analytics team to ensure the production of precise dashboards, scorecards, and high-quality executive reports. • Oversee monthly business reviews and content for Board presentations with clarity, consistency, and strategic insights. • Lead executive-level analysis for S&OP, focusing on capacity planning and identifying internalization savings opportunities. Pricing Oversight • Head the Global Pricing function, collaborating on pricing strategy and model development to support sales and operational needs. • Guarantee robust cost-to-serve analysis and establish strong pricing governance across diverse business lines. Capital Planning • Manage capital investment planning across operations, creating frameworks for project ROI, prioritization, and tracking post-investment outcomes. • Provide comprehensive reporting that enhances visibility into capital status, spending, ROI realization, and internal asset capabilities. • Collaborate with division presidents and global shared services to establish and implement long-term capital planning strategies. Qualifications, Education, and Experience: • Required: Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or regional controllership, showcasing expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). • Demonstrated success in supporting C-suite leaders and shared services within a global manufacturing or industrial context. • Experience in managing analytical teams and collaborating with cross-functional business partners. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with Power BI or other enterprise reporting tools. • Strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines. • Effective communicator, skilled in verbal, written, and presentation formats, especially with executive leadership and diverse stakeholders. • Proactive individual who uses sound judgment and decision-making; adept at identifying problems and developing viable solutions. • A confident, self-motivated professional who thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.
