As a Desktop Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed. Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. • Be able to support Windows and Mac OS computers. • Assist with technology procurement and asset management. • Create and maintain documentation for support procedures and solutions. • Flexible work hours for some nights or weekends. Qualifications & Experience... • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role. • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems. • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage priorities effectively.
