Responsibilities Conduct complex quality data analysis and clinical decision support for designated system(s). • Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics. • Collaborateson metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports. • Develop approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications. Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance. • Benchmark national best practices and makes recommendations for change as appropriate. Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences Mastery in Microsoft Excel Experience building report queries Experience with Epic report writing Profciency in Tableau or similar data visualization Proficiency in Python or similar data processing software Experience with SQL coding language Similarity with statistical measures Healthcare industry knowledge Population health and value-based care knowledge Clinical quality measure knowledge Experience with Google suite applications.
