Job Title: Secret Cleared Microsoft PowerApps/Dynamics Developer Location: Arlington, VA Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: Negotiable Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Security Clearance: Secret clearance is required Job Description: ALTA IT Services is seeking a Microsoft PowerApps/Dynamics Developer! You will join a team that uses PowerApps and Dynamics 365 to develop and deploy applications in our Dynamics/365 environment (Azure GCC). You'll provide software engineering and development support for multiple applications. The project focuses on software development and integration for a government agency to provide business solutions to a worldwide workforce. We develop and maintain a cadre of systems and applications using SaaS and PaaS solution that helps protect lives of US citizens and non-citizens in Embassies, Consulates, and Posts around the world. Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide data insights • Develop canvas and model-driven apps using PowerApps • Implement workflows and business process flows using Power Automate • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement business requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 updates and best practices Qualifications: Required: • Active Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 4+ years of C#/.Net programming experience • 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Experience with Power Platform Connectors and Custom Connectors • Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web resource development • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for Power Platform • Microsoft certifications preferred (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or MB-200) Desired: • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) • Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Platform • Experience with SQL Server and database design • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
