Join Leidos Internal Audit to automate processes using Python, Power BI, and AI, delivering practical solutions that improve audit efficiency. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Build data preparation scripts using Python and SQL to ingest, clean, reconcile, and document datasets for repeatable use. • Create dashboards with Power BI, modeling data using Power Query/M and DAX, and publish clear visuals and metrics. • Prototype AI helpers using LLMs and RAG to summarize policies, extract facts from documents, and draft outlines/checklists with citations and audit trails. • Collaborate with auditors to translate problems into code, frame questions, test ideas, and iterate quickly. • Document assumptions, data lineage, and quality assurance; communicate results to non-technical users. • Work on projects such as anomaly detection, contract/PO/lease summarization, exception classification, remediation status roll-ups, notification bots, and automating recurring data pulls. About You The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications: • Proficiency in Python with pandas/numpy basics and ability to write clear, reusable scripts. • Experience with Power BI, including Power Query/M and basic DAX, capable of building and publishing dashboards from scratch. • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive file management, and Teams collaboration; Power Automate knowledge is a plus. • Clear communication skills, resourcefulness, creativity, and fast learning ability. • Preferred: Fundamentals of SQL (joins, filtering, aggregation), interest in LLMs/RAG and document parsing (PDF/OCR), and familiarity with enterprise data such as ERP, expenses, timesheets, and GRC. Compensation & Benefits • Pay range: $46,800.00 - $84,600.00, subject to factors including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
