What you’ll do as an Operations Business Analyst: - Assist team in partnering with leadership to influence business strategy through data findings and establishing meaningful, easy-to-consume reporting - Develop and maintain operational and financial performance tracking dashboards in Tableau - Assist in the generation of departmental business intelligence, data management, reporting and analytics - Gather data to help compose monthly reviews of the operational and financial performance - Assess current practices, collect information, and analyze trends to drive efficiencies - Assess financial and operational performance; identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to help the organization grow and become more efficient - Maintain operational reports that allow leaders to analyze financial and operational performance and identify trends with a core focus on continuous improvement - Organize, analyze, interpret, and prepare reports on large amounts of raw data with the ability to extract relevant conclusions and trends; utilize effective communication to present results to leadership - Fosters a positive team environment - Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data - Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned You should have the following to be a successful Operations Business Analyst: - Computer Skills: Proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. - Data warehouse experience (Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, etc.) preferred - System Experience: Tableau and SQL required Python preferred - Proficient project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution - Bachelor’s Degree required - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics is preferred - 2-5 years of experience in analytics - #IND1
