Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ASP.NET Developer with hands-on experience in the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design pattern and .NET Core development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and MVVM architecture. • Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive interfaces. • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into web applications. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs in a timely manner. • Optimize application performance and scalability. • Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong experience with ASP.NET Core development. • Proficient in implementing the MVVM pattern for web application architecture. • Solid understanding of C#, Razor pages, and Entity Framework Core. • Experience with RESTful API integration and development. • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Blazor or other SPA frameworks that support MVVM. • Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with SQL Server and database design. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET and .NET Core development. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
