Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework. • Support and enhance existing applications used by Marine Corps personnel, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. • Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration and data exchange between systems. • Utilize SQL Server to design, query, and manage databases; write and optimize stored procedures and functions. • Implement secure coding practices aligned with DoD cybersecurity standards (e.g., DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53). • Maintain code version control using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities as part of an Agile development team. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and user guides. • Support integration with legacy systems and ensure compatibility with military infrastructure requirements. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Strong proficiency in: • DevExpress v12.x • .NET Framework 3.5/4.5 • JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and client-side scripting • SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps pipelines. • Knowledge of DoD development and security standards. • Minimum of Active Secret clearance required. • Security+ CE or equivalent (required for DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps or other military clients. • Familiarity with USMC logistics or readiness applications. • Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, SSRS, or SSIS. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSD, or Azure Developer Associate). • Familiarity with DoD systems such as GCSS-MC, MCTFS, or other Marine Corps platforms.
