About the Role The Capital Law Firm, P.C. is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technology, Strategy & Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the technology operations that power our high-performing legal team. You’ll lead initiatives that ensure our systems are secure, integrated, and optimized to support firmwide productivity and innovation. Key Responsibilities Systems Management & Optimization • Manage, configure, and optimize firm platforms including Filevine, HubSpot, Phone system, Zapier, and Adobe. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, workflow automation, and user experience. • Identify, develop, and execute AI-driven strategies to improve firm operations and client service delivery. Technical Support & Operations • Provide daily IT support to a 70+ member legal team, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly. • Develop and manage an internal IT ticketing system with built-in QA controls to ensure timely resolutions and accountability. • Standardize IT processes and documentation to promote consistency and operational excellence. User Management & Onboarding • Oversee all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and hardware coordination. • Maintain detailed access logs and system permissions in compliance with firm policies. Collaboration & Leadership • Partner with department leaders to align IT infrastructure with operational goals and strategic initiatives. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cross-department technology integration. • Manage relationships with vendors and external IT partners as needed. Security & Compliance • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies and legal standards. • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to maintain a secure and efficient digital environment. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, operations, or related technical roles (law firm or SaaS-heavy environment preferred). • Proven experience managing cloud-based integrations and automation tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, device management). • Experience supporting remote and on-site users in a distributed environment. • Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance protocols. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly language. • Prior experience with a Law Firm is a huge plus!
