A Day in the Life: - Define and implement server-based secure solutions in line with industry best practices - Deliver cloud infrastructure and cloud services - Ensure Infrastructure operations are effective and optimally established and supported across all layers including server, data storage, backup, virtualization, and network monitoring - Engage, plan and work with stakeholders and team members to determine, implement and oversee cloud requirements What You Bring: - 5+ years of project and delivery experience in medium to large IT environments - Project delivery related experience in the following technology areas is considered an asset: - - Supporting and managing Microsoft Azure Solutions across multiple platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions) - - IaaS (Migration of services/servers) - - Nutanix - - Strong understanding of Application modernization and the cloud maturity models - - Ability to deploy Azure landing zone/Enterprise Landing zones - - Migration and disaster recovery processes for On-premises and cloud-to-cloud - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strong problem solving, analytic and people skills - Previous consulting experience considered an asset - Business development and technical presales to grow existing opportunities What Makes You Extra Awesome: - Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304 (or equivalent) - Nutanix certifications Why Work at Long View? - Great people and culture - Career growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities - Interesting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies - Flexible environment – A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness and wellness
