Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for retail and omnichannel strategy? We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact analytics team driving insights across business functions. What You’ll Do: Design and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning models Translate complex datasets into actionable insights through visualization and storytelling Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, product, and finance Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products—from exploration to production Lead A/B testing strategies and contribute to ongoing model validation Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of analytical rigor What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science (retail/omnichannel experience a plus) Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and advanced SQL Expertise with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience) Bonus: Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy If you're looking to drive innovation and lead data science initiatives that shape business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
