ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Learn all of the current data management systems in place. Deeply understand the data management systems used by each team. Cross-train with the managers and other technicians with an eye to improvement and redundancy. - Maintain current systems under the supervision of the Student Support Manager. - Update information systems as needed. - Assist other teams as directed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Mature and personal Christian faith - Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief - Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities - Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document - At least one year of experience in data management. - Expert in Excel and data collection processes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Loves learning and problem solving. - Highly conscientious and detail oriented. - Experience in automation preferred. - Familiar with formulas, tables, pivot tables, etc. - Has experience in some other cloud-based data management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. - Some web-design experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS a plus. - Familiarity and experience in using the entire Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with Microsoft Powerautomate a plus. - Degree in related field (TESOL, linguistics, education, computer programming, etc.) preferred.
