Job Title: Azure AI/ML Engineer Location: Princeton, NJ / Remote Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying intelligent chatbot solutions using Azure AI Foundry, with development performed primarily in Visual Studio Code and Azure AI Studio. You will integrate AI-powered solutions across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams and Web Applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using Azure AI technologies. • Utilize VS Code and Azure AI Studio for model development, testing, and deployment. • Implement chatbots integrated with Microsoft Teams and WebApps, leveraging the Teams Toolkit as a reference framework. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversation flows, and implement scalable solutions. • Monitor and optimize AI model performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy. • Develop reusable components and pipelines in Azure AI Foundry for rapid solution deployment. • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards within all AI implementations. Technical Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience working with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services). • Proficiency in VS Code and Azure AI Studio. • Familiarity with the Azure AI Foundry platform and cloud-native development practices. • Experience integrating AI bots with Microsoft Teams and Web Applications. • Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and RESTful API integration. • Hands-on experience with the Teams Toolkit or similar frameworks for chatbot development. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent. • Experience with prompt engineering and AI lifecycle management. • Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI model deployment on Azure. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
