WHO YOU ARE: We are seeking a highly motivated SharePoint/Power BI Developer with expertise in the design and development of Microsoft applications to meet mission needs. This role works with the client to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and analyze processes for technology solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Develop functionality for Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform • Support the analysis of program requirements to recommend techniques and technologies that provide optimal performance and costeffective solutions for mission requirements • Collaborate with program management office to support current program needs and future system architecture upgrades and enhancements • Support end users through the design and application of advanced queries to identify data issues and design solutions to resolve them. • Understand and evaluate new and updated features of Microsoft platform products to ensure continuity and potential updates to applicationsWHAT WE REQUIRE:Minimum Qualifications: • Clearance Level: Public Trust • Education: Bachelor's Degree, preference for Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years relevant experience designing and developing webbased technology and applications • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically about business needs. • Experience developing applications that utilize external data sources via API • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph API, or other Microsoft integration products • Prior experience working with DoD or Federal Client. • Proficient in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation techniques. • Ability to utilize best practices when it comes to online/cloudbased technologiesPreferred Qualifications: • Understanding of DoD practices, requirements and standards, particularly in a costreimbursable environment. • Familiarity with SPFx or React.js based web frameworks • Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, or other Data Modeling frameworks • Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket, GitLab, or similar platforms. • Experience with task and Agile management tools such as Jira, including ticket creation, issue tracking, and sprint planning. • Experience working in remote teams and contributing to organizational success.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: HumanIT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
