Description Job Title: Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist Job Location: Fully Remote - equipment provided Job Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt Compensation: $30 - $40/hour, paid bi-weekly Reports To: VP of Information Technology Full-Time Benefits: • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays • Health, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Supplemental Health Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts • 401K with Company Match The Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist will provide solutions and support in one or more areas, including security and compliance-related elements of cloud systems and endpoints. They will also be responsible for the integrity and management of these associated systems. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: • Perform administration, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft/Office 365 Cloud Products and Services • Configure and maintain computer inventory utilizing Microsoft InTune • Manage and configure software deployments utilizing Microsoft InTune • Manage, configure, and maintain administrative elements in both Microsoft Defender and Purview • Reporting and auditing within Microsoft 365 • Management of user support tickets using the Frasco IT ticketing system • Manage the deployment and administration of Phishing test campaigns About Us: Frasco is a leading provider of investigative services for our clients in the insurance industry. Requirements Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist candidates must have a working knowledge of: • Microsoft/Office 365 and related applications • Microsoft/Office 365 Administrative interfaces • Microsoft Defender/Cloud Defender • Microsoft Purview • Azure/Entra/Active Directory • SharePoint configuration and administration • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent communication skills, specifically within user support • Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco's core values Preferred Qualifications/Experience: • BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree • 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 and Entra/Active Directory • Microsoft 365 Training Certificates a plus! • Candidates with a HS Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Technical Certification, along with work experience, will be considered Start your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, experiencing considerable growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!
