About the position This position will provide experienced data and program management to the organization to bring our SharePoint Resources up to date with our organizational goals. The SharePoint sites were recently migrated to SharePoint 2019 and are overdue for cleanup, re-organization, and validation. This role will work closely with client leadership and the current client SharePoint Support team to cleanup and organize our SharePoint site post-migration and provide advice on permission structures. The position will also design and deliver SharePoint training to staff to help ensure improvements are lasting and sustainable. Responsibilities • Validate functionality of all SharePoint sites post migration and provide recommendations on design elements. , • Design and build new SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and pages as needed. , • Serve as the primary point of contact to report/correct SharePoint issues post-migration. , • Develop and redesign existing InfoPath 2013 forms using Nintex 2019. , • Provide detailed Nintex training for supporting program staff. , • Assist in the development of SharePoint site architecture. , • Create and deliver SharePoint training plans for org employees at various skill levels. , • Serve as the point of contact and technical subject matter resource. , • Track and document tasks and timelines for sites and content development. , • Develop and maintain positive communication with SharePoint team members. , • Collaborate on developing periodic surveys to gauge team satisfaction and gather input for improvements. , • Aide in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. , • Monitor alerts and site permissions, providing analysis and recommendations. , • Maintain accurate records and provide reports as requested. , • Provide training for other Workplace Services Technicians (NWPO). , • Perform periodic self-audits of processes and training/organization milestones. , • Compile and analyze data for reports, providing recommendations to inform management. , • Recommend and develop process solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Workplace Services operations. Requirements • Bachelor's or associate degree in data management, data analysis, or related field preferred , • 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8 years with an associate degree, or 10 years without a degree , • 3 years of expert level SharePoint 2019 design and support experience , • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) , • Design knowledge of Nintex Forms , • Strong customer service skills , • Experience in project management tracking , • Experience supporting content creation , • Ability to assess training needs and propose solutions Nice-to-haves • Experience designing and delivering SharePoint training to various user levels , • Experience with Visio and process maps Benefits • 401(k) plan with matching company contributions , • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care , • Paid parental leave at 100% of salary , • Paid Time Off and Company Holidays
