Responsibilities: • Network, communicate, and build relationships with SCHEELS leaders and associates to find and evaluate high-potential Expert candidates through phone calls and follow-up emails. • Gather insights from SCHEELS associates to be used in pre-planning for marketing campaigns • Build and maintain a database of SCHEELS Experts to share product information and tips. • Coordinate video, photo, and written Expert content in collaboration with office associates and local store marketing teams. • Manage all Expert logistics (travel, production schedule, etc.) and product acquisition & returns • Recap learnings for future adjustments. • Ability to develop creative concepts and lead the execution of a project from start to completion. • Embrace project goals and respond with urgency to address project needs. • Exercise judgment and tact and be able to effectively work with all levels within the organization while working on projects. • Strong oral / written communication skills to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment and deliver on requested due date. • Strong initiative, works with urgency and seeks innovative ways for continuous improvement • Ability to work independently and with a team; Ability to partner with all associates of SCHEELS. • Excellent analytical, data analysis, creative and innovative abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word. • Ability to travel 6-8 weeks, and on weekends and evenings, with flexible hours as needed for creative projects. • Other duties as assigned. Schedule: • Must be flexible to work between 7a.m. and 7p.m., Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed. Average hours per week are 40 hours.
