Project Objective Design, configure, and integrate an operational solution that unites QuickBooks Online, Quickbase, Jotform, Adobe Sign (or SignNow), Excel, and Outlook. The goal is to automate sales, administrative, financial, technical, and customer-service processes for a company that sells and services medical equipment.Key Responsibilities • Set up and integrate: • Quickbase (service cases, purchasing, shipments, inventory, etc.) • QuickBooks Online (customers, invoicing, orders, payments, expenses, etc.) • Jotform (intelligent forms and approval workflows) • E-signature platforms (Adobe Sign or SignNow) for contracts, service authorizations, and more • Excel / Outlook for automated reports, communications, and follow-up • Build dashboards, forms, workflows, and automations that highlight key performance indicators. • Document configurations and train power users. Technical Requirements • Proven experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, etc.) that connect diverse apps, including: • Quickbase (app creation, tables, relationships, roles, workflows, pipelines, …) • QuickBooks Online (intermediate to advanced) • Jotform (with conditional logic and integrations) • E-signature solutions (Adobe Sign, DocuSign, SignNow) • Make (Integromat) or Zapier for workflow automation • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, formulas, pivot tables) • Microsoft Outlook / 365 (rules, integrations) • Ideal candidate is bilingual. • Basic understanding of sales, administrative, and technical-service processes. Work Mode & Location • Preferred: On-site in Doral, FL (Monday–Friday, flexible hours based on project load) • Hybrid: Minimum three on-site days per week • Remote: Defined deliverables and continuous communication PaymentHourly rate, negotiable based on experience.Estimated Project DurationApproximately 2–3 months, with the possibility of extension if required.
