Job Description: Skills and Qualifications A seasoned Software Development Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), demonstrating expertise in: Microsoft Technologies & Database Systems Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles. Advanced knowledge of Oracle database management, including PL/SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems. Advanced proficiency in SAS programming. Agile & DevOps Practices Skilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery. Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies. Version Control & Data Engineering Proficient in Bitbucket for version control. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. Problem Solving & Collaboration Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments. Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
