What will you be doing? - End User Systems Admin: - Provide end-user systems support across the business. - Support Mac and Windows laptops, peripherals, and monitors. - Perform tasks such as provisioning new systems, addressing break/fix issues, and decommissioning outdated equipment. - Maintain core security and login infrastructure using Single Sign-On (SSO) systems. - Create and update documentation and processes to support the company's growth. - Build and adapt tools to support the fleet of end-user systems. - Focus on streamlining operations, automating tasks, and improving system management and troubleshooting processes. - Contribute to a secure environment and protection of sensitive data. - Ensure consistent support and efficient scaling of operations across the region. - Application Support Admin: - Manage, update, and provide centralized user accounts for end-user infrastructure, including email, office systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), and other related systems. - Provide long-term direct support and troubleshooting for end-user infrastructure. - Conduct passive and active security training for users, including mock phishing exercises, video training, and direct engagement. - Perform security testing of users to assess their awareness and response to potential threats. - Respond to security incidents by conducting direct investigations and taking appropriate actions. - Create and maintain integrations with external tools and develop custom scripting to enhance system functionality. - Ensure seamless integration between different tools and systems to optimize efficiency and user experience. What experience and qualifications should you have? - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience providing support for Linux, Mac, and Windows on end-user systems. - Proficient in managing software licensing, particularly for end-user systems. - Familiarity with centralized management systems such as Endpoint Central, Addigy, Jump Cloud (or similar Single Sign-On solutions), and MS365 (or similar platforms). What skills and abilities should you have? - Fluent in English. - Possess an end-user-focused mindset to support various teams involved in product development, finance, and sales. - Ability to contribute to automation development within the Microsoft 365 and Single Sign-On (SSO) stack.
