We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to analyze data, create reports, and support key business initiatives. • *Your Role:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our Product Management team for a short-term engagement (12 Months). The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to analyze data, create reports, and support key business initiatives. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze complex datasets and create comprehensive queries and/or reports - Develop and maintain data queries using SQL and/or Python - Build and optimize Excel models and automated solutions - Support data quality initiatives and process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects - Document processes and procedures - Assist in data visualization and presentation creation using Clik Data and/or Microsoft Power BI • *About You:** • *Required Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in SQL or Python programming - Advanced Excel skills including: - Complex formulas and functions - Pivot Tables and Power Pivot - Data modeling - Power Query - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • *Preferred Qualifications:** - Finance, Computer Science, or related fields - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Clik) - Understanding of financial or business concepts - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • *Soft Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong organizational abilities - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Team-oriented mindset
