Are you a passionate SharePoint SME and web developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a government contracting environment? We're seeking a talented SharePoint SME and Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our SharePoint web applications. You'll work closely with our team to ensure our SharePoint environment is optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Responsibilities: • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft SharePoint • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint web applications from layout to function, adhering to client specifications and government security standards. • Create and manage schemas and style sheets independently. • Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint applications and integrations, leveraging your expertise in SharePoint workflows, content types, and information architecture. • Actively participate in team meetings and troubleshoot development and production issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. • Perform complex analysis, design, and development tasks independently, demonstrating your technical proficiency and ability to work autonomously. • Optimize SharePoint farm performance and configuration to ensure optimal speed and efficiency. • Develop custom web parts and web applications to extend SharePoint's capabilities and meet specific business requirements. • Configure SharePoint settings and manage usage confirmation settings to ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Provision, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, including site security, layout, and user permissions. • Provide first-level support for end-user issues, resolving inquiries, and troubleshooting problems efficiently. • Migrate SharePoint sites between environments without impacting existing sites, ensuring a seamless transition. Qualifications: • Minimum of ten years of experience in SharePoint development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering successful SharePoint projects. • SP architecture exp, On prem exp, SP online exp, Nintext exp, migration exp. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. • Knowledge of and certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) principles, methods, and tools (preferred, but not required). • Experience in Centers for Disease Control (CDC) preferred. • US residency for the past 3 years. • Previous government contracting experience is preferred. Additional Skills: • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices, including SharePoint Online. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies. • Experience with SharePoint workflows, content types, and information architecture. • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation. • Familiarity with cloud-based SharePoint environments (e.g., SharePoint Online).
