We're looking for a M365 Cloud Support Analyst (Level II) who's excited to support, troubleshoot, and enhance M365 cloud tools that power productivity for our entire organization. If you're a motivated technologist with at least two years of experience supporting Microsoft M365 technologies like Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, this role is for you. You'll be monitoring support tickets, assisting with cloud-based services, and working under the guidance of senior engineers—all while making a real impact. Here, your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer service are just as valuable as your technical know-how. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree and relevant qualifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) are preferred but not required • 2+ years' experience supporting & troubleshooting Microsoft M365 Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams • Required experience administering users and Group Policy in Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) • Experience with cloud-based services in M365 and deploying/ supporting M365 solutions at Enterprise level • Ability to follow team procedures, identify gaps, and resolve issues effectible to continuously improve practices • Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Ability and willingness for occasional travel for team meetings- may be required Description • Resolve Level II incident tickets via ServiceNow based on SLA. • Support M365 products and Azure AD including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), and related technologies. • Administer and troubleshoot Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Create new and follow existing check lists to ensure a consistent result for routine and common tasks within our proactive IT management services. • Document troubleshooting steps and operational documentation for support teams. • Other duties as assigned Type: 1 Year Contract; opportunity for long-term extension or conversion to Direct Hire Location: Remote in Continental US (preferred locations: Orlando/ Daytona Beach, FL; Plano, TX; Sandy Springs, GA) Travel: Occasional paid travel to Daytona Beach, FL may occur for team meetings and collaboration Benefits: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance available at cost; Contract employees are not eligible for paid time off Eligibility: Open to all US Residents legally eligible to live and work in the US without sponsorship
